Lakshmee Foundation was established by Dr. Abburi Vidyasagar with a vision to widen access to education and healthcare for underserved communities.
Supported learning initiatives through organisations such as Satya Sai Education & Lepers Society.
Provided continued support for infrastructure development at ZPPH School, Tadavai (West Godavari District) from 2010–2019, strengthening facilities for rural students.
2011

Strengthened access to cancer care by contributing to treatment initiatives through Smt. Nandamuri Basava Taraka Rama Rao Memorial Cancer Foundation.
2012

Strengthened early childhood learning and nutrition by supporting SOS Children’s Village in Hyderabad and funding the construction of an Anganwadi in West Godavari District.
2013

Enabled children from underserved communities to continue their schooling by providing financial aid and supporting programs led by Laalana Welfare Organisation and Matrudevobhava Seva Trust.
2015

Expanded opportunities for young women by supporting scholarships through Matrudevobhava Trust, enabling many to complete high school and intermediate education.
Support also helped students continue schooling at institutions, such as Sri Chaitanya Educational Institutions and AP Residential School, Nagireddygudem.
2016

Expanded learning opportunities for underserved communities by supporting financial aid initiatives at Kasturba Gandhi National Memorial Trust.
2017

Enabled students to continue their education through financial assistance while supporting institutions, including Sri Venkateswara Vidya Peetam and NSM Public School.
2018

Expanded access to everyday healthcare by establishing Lakshmee Poly Clinic in Vijayawada.
Supported students in continuing their education while strengthening institutions, including Vivekananda Convent High School.
2019

Expanded opportunities for students at every stage of learning by supporting schooling, intermediate colleges, and undergraduate studies. Assisted migrant workers and families during the COVID19 crisis by arranging transport and supporting food distribution initiatives.
Enabled students to continue higher education at institutions including YN Junior College, Narsapuram and Acharya N G Ranga Agricultural University.
Improved safety and accessibility in local communities through solar street lighting projects.
2024

Enabled students to pursue higher education at institutions including JNTU Kakinada, SRKR Engineering College, and RVR and JC College of Engineering.
Strengthened access to cancer treatment by contributing to initiatives at Basavatarakam Indo American Cancer Hospital and Research Institute.
2025

Launched the Lakshmee Foundation Hospital app to strengthen our digital healthcare reach, and expanded medical programs to tribal communities in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
